ParticipantOk since we are almost done, I’m possibly doing phase 2 for a bit longer, but back to my previous question of when we are done is it recommended to continue to build and lean as much leaning that is healthy of course to follow this plan again and or somethng like it which includes all the food and all the cardio or most of the cardio? I know odd way to put this question however what I’m trying to get at is Unfortunately I can’t afford another challenge right at the moment so I’m trying to figure out where to go to stay on track with building more muscle… i don’t want to maintain I want to see more grow so eventually someone will say to me u look like a man lol then i’ll feel like I accomplished something…

ParticipantWELL I SEE THAT BUT WHEN I TRY TO DO THE MACROS I DNT COME UP WITH THE AMOUNTS CLOSE ENOUGH TO HERS (I SUPPOSE I SHOULD HAVE SPECIFIED THIS ) SO I THOUGHT MAYB I COULD C IF OTHERS WERE OFF. ParticipantU might c this twice lol the first time I believe I posted on the wrong month…in November I’m going to finally have my skin removal surgery and breast work and my recovery period period I’m told will b 2 months…just worried about how muscle I definition I could lose in 2 months….what do u think

ParticipantI lost 100 lbs and in November will finally have the funds to have my abdominal plasty and breast lift my question is I was informed that I would need a 2 month recovery period… I have built decent muscle mass and am concerned of losing it all while recovering. How quickly can one lose muscle mass?

ParticipantI know that you are doing the challenge for 2017, I was hoping that you might do another one this year, I had already signed up for one before I saw yours. I’m thinking that the one I am doing now wasn’t the correct choice for me however, I already paid for it and need to finish the 3 months program.

ParticipantWhat brand of exercise bands do you use? On one of your home workouts you used them around your calves and did sides to sides (I think they were called). You had showed us the drawer full of them.
