    Kevin,

I hope to be ready to do a show next year. I guess I want to ensure that I am absolutely ready to do well. How did you do in your show?

    Nicole,
I slept with two pillows the other night and it helped. I have been sleeping with my arms at my side and try not to fall asleep with them above my head. I am aware they will end up falling asleep or going numb. I was just curious if this type of thing was common. It hasn’t been debilitating nor has it affected anything other than me waking up with a tingling in my arms.

    Alicia,
No its my entire arms. If I sleep with my arms raised above my head (either on my back or stomach) they tend to go numb. For example, I slept on my stomach with my hands under my pillow and my arms fell asleep. I actually slept with two pillows last night and it seemed to help when I sleep on my side. It’s strange because it only started to happen after I got serious with my weight lifting.
