ParticipantDon’t be sorry 😊 I followed each plan after it ended until the next one began. I did not do the last one but kept things pretty in check until this last month or so. I did have more energy, and had some shape change, and felt stronger. I also understand that genetics might be working against me too.
I am going to put in max effort and stick to the food plan like glue just as I always have and see how things go!AlyciaJ

ParticipantI finished 3 rounds in about the same time as you. I added a round and then made sure I was doing the reps for lunges, bicycles, etc. on each leg. For example it says 10 alternating lunges so I ended up doing 20, 10 each leg. Bicycles 100, 50 each leg.
1 to 2 minutes between each round and I finished in 46 minutes. Next time I do it, it will probably be between 44 and 45 minutes. (4 kids means interruptions and peeing after jump ropes and high knees!) -
