Hey Ladies. I’m up at 4am to do fasted cardio then off to do 12’s at the hospital 3x a week. On the other evenings, I teach Martial Arts from 6-9pm then hit the gym around 9:30 0r 10pm to lift. My problem is, I dont eat dinner, my last meal until after I finish. I know I need my protein shake but eating meal 5 too is my concern. I eat very late as you can see. Any suggestions?
