ParticipantI would love to know myself. I use JYM Pro, pre, and 2 post or his stack. The l-carnitine is in his post active matrix. The other is fast digesting carbs. I take both of those after my workout. I use the pro and pre, pre-workout. The pre has the bcaas. I guess i’m a little confused myself now. lol Should I continue this regiment or do I need to change it in some way? Input would be greatly appreciated.

ParticipantI use round and workout time. You can adjust rounds, inner round alerts, rest time, round warning and preptime. Great app.

ParticipantI teach Cardio kickboxing as well as Roufousport Kickboxng and train as well. As long as I keep my HR up, may I use this instead of running?

ParticipantHey Ladies. I’m up at 4am to do fasted cardio then off to do 12’s at the hospital 3x a week. On the other evenings, I teach Martial Arts from 6-9pm then hit the gym around 9:30 0r 10pm to lift. My problem is, I dont eat dinner, my last meal until after I finish. I know I need my protein shake but eating meal 5 too is my concern. I eat very late as you can see. Any suggestions?
