    That’s what I came up with but you get use to it after awhile especially if you love the texture and smoothness of the chosen yogurt …Nicole actually shows herself eating yogurt on her video what she eats in a day in the archives on the site. I personally could not eat as much with Fage greek yogurt, but love Icelandic yogurt version (Skyr or Siggi) or especially the Kirkland greek yogurt. Very pleasant surprise with Costco yogurt.

    Alexis…FYI…this was addressed on the Sunday call too..the meal plan has the correct amount 100g is equivalent to 1/2 Fruit..because the 1FR is 200g on the food exchange chart…hope this helps..

    Glad you are posting this because I interpreted as 1/2FR is the 100g blueberries not 50g. Because the FR chart says 1FR is 200g blueberries so 1/2FR is 100g as indicated in my meal plan 2.
    My meal plan 2 says 1/2 FR (100g) blueberries which matches the chart as 1/2FR exchange. Did this change after I downloaded? Help?

    Mine worked too…yummy but I used plain natural creamy peanut butter…

    Great question…I have been consuming 3 liters per day on meal plan 1 but want to know too
