Hi Nicole. I currently lift heavy 6 days a week and doing 20 min cardio 5 times a week, I keep my calories between 1600-1800 and drink about 64 ozs of water 5 days a week. I have muscular arms and legs, but carry excess weight in my lower midsection and a little on my upper back. I feel leg raises with a 5 pound dumbbell have been helping with my mid section and I have been seeing some definition starting in my abs as a whole which is exciting. But I have had 2 children (13 & 8) & lost 50 pounds two years ago and have some lower midsection loose skin. I am 150 pounds and do look toned, but hope to lose 10 more. Is it possbile to get get rid that lose skin? Alot people tell me surgery is the only way, but I refuse lol. If I can get to 140 will the lose skin be worse? I am hoping the continous leg raises with 5# dumbbell will help. Is it ok to hit lower abs 5-6 times a week? I currently do 3 times now. Thanks again love all your adivce, it is always spot on!!!!
