ParticipantWhy after doing the 60 day challenge and muscle up are my legs and hips still not changing? Do legs and hips take longer to change. I tend to hold all my weight around these areas. Is there any suggestions for me to do to make changes here? Desperate to lose the fat on thighs and Glute area. Upper body is perfect! I am signed up for the summer shred so hoping something will change but any extra help will be greatly received. Thank you so much. Love all the challenges and support groups.
