    Is it ok to have the vegan option post workout meal if im following the meal plan 1? I do not eat any other vegan option from that plan or is it best to stick to non vegan if im not vegan ? Thank you

    Why after doing the 60 day challenge and muscle up are my legs and hips still not changing? Do legs and hips take longer to change. I tend to hold all my weight around these areas. Is there any suggestions for me to do to make changes here? Desperate to lose the fat on thighs and Glute area. Upper body is perfect! I am signed up for the summer shred so hoping something will change but any extra help will be greatly received. Thank you so much. Love all the challenges and support groups.

    I love blue cheese but can’t find the reduced fat in Canada ? What can I use ? This meal looks delicious! Just want to try another option !

    Is there a rest period between rounds for the day 6 acceleration or do we just hammer all rounds out one after the other? Thank you.

    Yes yes yes. I’m doing all those things! The body is a miraculous thing so I’m looking forward to next few weeks.
