    Hi Nicole,

Your website has been uneventful this year because of all your travels and commitments.
Years past has been much more exciting with every day or every other day postings/videos.
The Olympia Challenge is one of the BIG EVENTS we subscribers have been waiting for.
Would you consider giving we $99.00-120.00 subscribers a hundred dollar discount so we may be included in the challenge without having to pay an additional 269.99 ontop of our regular membership? Some of us want to be inspired by what you do without participating.
Is there blogs/videos your regular subscribers will be watching during your prep to keep us in the loop?

Thank you for considering~and Hope You Win!

    Hi Nicole,

Most people are looking for the quickfix and do not read much or look into things much…so I think you should remind everyone that your site has several years of very valuable weight training videos. These videos have documented your training journey’s through different competitions. Talk about all the things you have demonstrated; proper form, techniques, cardio, weights, PT, food etc… This site is worth renewing for the fact that each video has so much to offer as well as upcoming ones!

HI Nicole~Thank you for sharing your sister’s wedding pics. You both are gorgeous!!!!
Is that the new Polar M600 you are wearing? What do you think of it? Please tell us about the features…It is worth the money compared to the M400 I am wearing? Do you like black better than white?
    Thank You for Being You!

I am in too! Shopping and food prepping, recording in my fitbook, H2O by the gallons, printing the schedules, a new pair of Nike Free, supplements onboard, and prepared for coffee with no sugar, and I AM NOT ALONE…all of you are together on this journey!

Hi Nicole…I hope you are having a good day!
How do you think you would feel if you did not have ART, massage and Chiro therapy’s?
How would it set you back and effect your performance with both cardio and weight training?
    How sore would you be?

    Hi Nicole,

Do you wear the heart monitor chest band during running or weight training?
    If so, how often?
The Polar M400 is amazing however there is a lot to learn about it. Especially all that is measures online. Can you share some FYI with us?

    Thank You!

    Hi Nicole,

A suggestion… make a series of video’s that show lifting weights with the camera showing your muscle up close. Like Bi’s… explain the exercise and how it effects the muscle, but have the camera close to the muscle you are demonstrating.
You can also do a couple of different movements to show how it effects the muscle.
Like a bi curl and then a bi, pinky up curl. Then go on to a cable curl to show the head being worked etc…
You can make a whole series of videos based on different regions of your body you are working on.
Your QA is always about food and I miss learning more about the art and science behind muscle building.

    Thank You!

    hi Laura,

I loved reading your story as we are a lot alike! Can you tell me how you lost the 70pounds? Was it a lot of cardio and if so, how much?
Nicole is awesome…Love her video’s too!

    Thank You,

    Kerren

    Hi Ladies!

Great to read all your introductions and see that we all have a likeness.
I am Kerren, was in Southern Cali (love) for 20 years and now in New Hampshire, USA.
Nicole and I are very similar as I am a Feb. baby, motivate myself and set my mind to doing my best with perfect form and determination to push myself further that I have ever been.
After my son passed, I was a wreck…missing something that I could not put my finger on. My daughter suggested going to the gym… I was all for it so we started J Eason’s program on Bodybuilders.com and off we went. I found Nicole the first year on YouTube and joined her site early on. That is were I learned perfect form and all the aspects of the lifestyle.I have studied her videos and have taken her “sharing” to the gym.
Three years later I am on a journey to greatness!
On a lighter note, doesn’t it drive everyone crazy when in the gym you see someone working out with no idea of what they are doing? My flow…eventually…is to teach others the proper way to lift. My daughter can tackle the food aspect of fitness and I will teach form and structure. Thank You Nicole for helping me recover and grow!
