We believe in our products and hope you do too! However, we do know that sometimes things just don’t work out.
If you are not completely satisfied with an unopened product purchased directly from NicoleWilkins.com, you may return it to us within 30 days from purchase. We will exchange the product or give you a full refund of the product purchase price.
To be considered for reimbursement, dietary supplements must be unopened and in the original package. All items must be received by nPower Nutrition/NW Fitness Group within 30 days of purchase. In all cases, reimbursements will be made to the credit card used in the original purchase.
Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
• Damaged Product(s): We sincerely apologize for any products that were damaged during shipping. We will happily take back that product and immediately send you a new one. Damaged products must be reported to us within 15 days. Please contact nPowerNutrition@nicolewilkins.com for all exchanges.
• Wrong Product(s) sent: If you received the wrong products, please let us know within 15 days. We will immediately send you the correct products as well as take back the incorrect one(s). ** If you ordered a Rainbow Box and received a different Flex Flavor box, please check to see if there is a rainbow sticker on the box. If so, it is a Rainbow Box as we have not yet designed the packaging for a Rainbow Box.
• Change of Heart: If you would like to return an unopened product due to a change of heart, we will gladly take it back. You must report it within 15 days and have it shipped back. We will give you a full refund for the product, however shipping costs are not included in the refund.
