I am SO excited for you to get started and to help you reach your goals. 

My training team and I are here to help motivate and help you every step of the way, so you can get the most out of this Challenge and continue striving to be better than you were yesterday.  

The Challenge officially begins on Monday, July 19. The program will be available for viewing on Friday, July 16.

I will send out an email when the program and eBook are live on the website. Until then, you can find me and my team in the NW Fitness Community Facebook Group!

Uploading Photos

You don’t have to upload photos, but you won’t be eligible to win any of the Challenges prizes if you don’t … so I hope you do!  

The period for uploading your Before photos and measurements ends on Wednesday, July 21.  

You don’t have to upload photos if you don’t want to, so don’t feel pressured to do it if this is your first time. Not everyone does, and you can still follow along with every part of the program and see amazing results!

However, you won’t be eligible to win any of the Challenge prizes if you don’t … so I hope you take the leap of faith and do upload them 😉
