30 Minute Holiday Express Challenge – Rules & Regulations

The NicoleWilkins.com 30 Minute Holiday Express Challenge 2025 (“The Challenge”) is a self-improvement body transformation challenge.

The dates to enter The Challenge run from October 30 to November 16, 2025.

How To Enter

To officially enter The Challenge, you must register online by visiting the Sign Up Page and purchase the 30 Minute Holiday Express Challenge.

NW Fitness Group, Inc is not responsible for internet connectivity, email delays or lost entries.

All submissions shall become the property of NW Fitness Group and Participant grants to NW Fitness the exclusive right to use all materials submitted by Participant including any videos, photos, name, city and state of Participant’s residence, testimonials, essays, statements, images and likenesses and to reproduce, edit, distribute, publish, broadcast, modify, copyright, and otherwise exploit in any manner those materials in the marketing and promotion of NW Fitness products without further payment or consideration. Participant’s submission of the entry form constitutes Participant’s agreed consent to the grant of the rights hereunder.

NW Fitness shall not return any tangible copies of Participant’s submissions to the Challenge and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereof. Participant acknowledges receiving adequate consideration from NW Fitness in exchange for the rights granted.

How Winners Will Be Selected

To officially enter The Challenge, you must register online by visiting the Sign Up Page and purchase the 30 Minute Holiday Express Challenge.

Here’s how to be eligible for post-Challenge prizes:

To qualify, participants must complete The Challenge and share their experience by posting in the private Nicole Wilkins Fitness Facebook community group.

If you haven’t joined the community, you can do that here.

Your post must include:
• A recent photo of yourself (no professional photography required)
• A brief description of your personal Challenge story — for example, how the Holiday Express Challenge helped you stay consistent, feel stronger, fit better in your favorite clothes, or simply feel more confident through the holidays.
• The official Challenge hashtag (#HolidayExpressChallengeWins) in the post caption.

Optional: Before-and-after photos or physical transformation updates are always welcome — but this year, we’re celebrating every kind of progress. Whether it’s staying consistent, improving energy, building healthy habits, or feeling more confident in your own skin, every story counts.

You may post any time during or after the Challenge. All eligible posts must be published between Friday, December 20, 2025 and Sunday, December 23, 2025. Posts must be submitted by 11pm EST / 8pm PST on December 23 to be considered for prizes.

From all eligible entries, five (5) inspiring participants will be selected to receive a share of $3,000 in total prizes ($600 for each winner).

Winners of The Challenge will be announced on Friday, January 3, 2026.

Who’s Eligible to Enter the Challenge?

The Challenge participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participants from other countries may enter The Challenge.

Regulations and Requirements

NW Fitness Group, Inc reserves the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published online at www.nicolewilkins.com. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. All information and materials submitted become the sole and exclusive property of NW Fitness Group, Inc.

Each participant in The Challenge assumes all risk of injury, harm or loss of any kind arising from participation. Consult with your physician or health care provider before starting any new exercise, nutrition or supplementation program, particularly if you suffer from any medical condition or regularly use prescription or over-the-counter medications. Participants in The Challenge expressly indemnify and hold NW Fitness Group, Inc, its distributors and affiliated companies, and the directors, officers and employees of any of them harmless from all risk, loss, injury, damage or harm that may arise from participating in The Challenge and consuming any products that the participant may use during The Challenge.

Participant represents and warrants that they are in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in the Challenge. It is Participant’s sole responsibility to determine whether they are sufficiently fit and healthy enough to participate in the Challenge.

Participants must notify NW Fitness Group, Inc in writing of any change of email address or phone number. Winners who cannot be reached within ten (10) days at the address or phone number provided will be disqualified.

Program Availability

Registered participants will be able to view the entire training, nutrition and supplementation program on Friday, November 14, 2025. Once the Challenge is completed, the program will be available for viewing online until Wednesday, December 31 2025.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values

There will be five (5) prize packages awarded.

Each of the five winners will receive a $600 cash prize.

All winners are responsible for all applicable taxes; prizes are not transferable; and there will be no substitutions for the prizes except at the option NW Fitness Group, Inc in the event of unavailability. All winners must sign a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the Challenge rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing NW Fitness Group and its affiliates, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with The Challenge. Winners shall be required by law to pay any applicable local, state and federal taxes, and any other charges including, but not limited to duties, customs fees or other fees, on prizes. A 1099 Form will be filed with the IRS of the United States.

Miscellaneous

Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Challenge, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration to be conducted in Los Angeles County California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Challenge but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain an award for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of Participant and NW Fitness in connection with the Challenge, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of California, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California. If any provision in these Challenge rules are held to be invalid or void the remainder of the Challenge rules shall still be in force.

NW Fitness Group, Inc is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunction, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, access providers, or software, including any injury or damage to your or any other persons’ computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Challenge; inability to access the entry website or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entry submissions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website. Participant agrees that proof of entering information on the website is not considered proof of NW Fitness’s delivery or receipt.

By entering The Challenge, participant agrees to release and hold harmless NW Fitness Group, Inc, its related companies, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, as well as the individual judges, from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of your participation in the challenge, including without limitation any claim for infringement of intellectual property rights, personal injury, or receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize. NW Fitness Group, Inc is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in the challenge or receipt or use of any of the prizes. all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.

NW Fitness Group, Inc reserves the right to cancel or modify this challenge for any reason including, without limitation its convenience or if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond NW Fitness Group, Inc’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the challenge as determined by NW Fitness Group, Inc in its sole discretion.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the challenge or the selection of winning submissions will be resolved by NW Fitness Group, Inc.
