    I am really trying to focus on building more muscle. I am 5 foot five weigh 112 pounds. I don’t mind if I gain weight I have muscle definition but I’m definitely looking for more. The meal plan is working for me. I do get a little hungry. I’ve asked before and you said stick to the meal plan unless I’m starving I could try and go up to the next meal plan. I have not tried that yet.I am sticking to the plan 100%. I just want to know at this point if I should definitely go up to the next meal plan if I’m looking to gain more muscle? I am sticking to the two hit days and all of the at home and gym workouts. I also get approximately 10 to 15,000 steps per day on an average. I hope all this information will help you try to guide me as to which meal plan I should be on if I want to gain more muscle.

    If you are hungry and want to try and build more Muscle, then you can move up to the next meal plan. If you aren’t getting enough food you could be leaving some progress on the table. You might find you can lift more etc. it’s never a mistake to change and try things but make sure you stick with something for enough time to see what it can do. I will always tell people. If you are making progress, don’t change anything up cuz it’s working. So I would base your decision on some of these things. It’s hard to give you a simple yes or no
