    I am 5’6” 137 pounds
It looks as if I should be on meal plan 3 if I’m going by height. I feel that is a lot of calories. Is this correct? Calories 1916 (height) vs 1684 if were to go by weight.
In past challenges the height & weight matched so it was less confusing.
I will trust the process I just want to confirm this is correct.
Also, can you explain why we go by height vs weight?

I’m sure it’s correct. It may feel like a lot of food when you first start eating but when you have healthier foods naturally you can eat more of it. So it may feel more filling at times but your body will adjust. Trust me. I’m not sure the specific reason, but I just asked her so I will come back and answer that as soon as she answers me. Thanks.

We recommend using height because if somebody is overweight and they are short if they go by their weight, they will be eating too many calories and if somebody is tall and lean, and they go by their weight, they’ll be eating two few calories

I thought the same regarding the amount of calories (1900) for being 5’6, and I am 215lbs so I have a lot of weight to lose so this concerns me, lol. In past challenges, I have always fallen under meal plan 2 so the Summer Shred challenge threw me off with having to follow meal plan 3 as well.

For post workout meal is there an option for protein shake and a fruit? Did not see this on exchange list.
