I purchase my ground meats from a local meat market which offers locally sourced grass fed meats. They have noted on their freezer door that ground chicken, ground turkey, ground sirloin & ground tenderloin is 95/5. Should I consider that to be a fatty protein? I have asked the meat market for a more detailed nutrition breakdown with calories and macros but have not received a response from them regarding that yet.

I would use it toward that until you know. I’m just basi mg it on seeing ground chicken in the fatty protein exchange. Prob your safest bet until you know for sure.
