    I am doing at home exercise with dumbbells and i don’t have stairs in my house. What else can I do when the HITT call for stairs. Thanks

    jogging in place, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, jump squats, high knees, butt kicks, etc

    Hi,
    So excited.

    I need to know what plan to follow I am 5’5 1/2 and 166 lbs ….do I follow the 5’4-5’6 150 or the more than 5’6 more than 150? I’m not sure. Please advise also the cardio is only 3 times a week can I do more ?

    I am so mad at myself. I fell asleep with my son at 6:30 last night and now woke up at 2:30 in the am and remembered that I did not upload my BEFORE photos 🙁 Is there anyway I can send them in a email along with my measurements???

    Question… can you add things like spinach and onions, peppers if they are not included in the meal option? I guess I’m just confused. for instance… plan 1, option 1 meal states it has LP, SC and F, yet it has onions peppers and tomatoes but doesnt indicate a vegetable (V). So, I’m wondering if those even count
