    Hi In the info it says recommended cardio on Monday wed and sat but on calendar it says Mon Thursday and sat? Does it matter which day we’d or Thursday?
    Also first week rep range is 10-12 but on calendar it says 8-10. I’m going with 10-12 right?

    It doesn’t matter which day you do cardio, nope 🙂
    First week is 10-12 reps.
