    I have to do my cardio after my weight training on upper body days. Should I keep my cardio closer to 20 minutes than 30? I drank my pre-workout on the way to the gym and drank my BCAAs during the workout but two hours after my workout I felt like I had been hit by a bus. I know the cardio info says to keep it under 30 minutes but wanted to be sure 20 wouldn’t be cutting it too short?



    Hey there- t is absolutely fine to do cardio after weight training, yes. I would keep it at about 25-30 min if you are able to fit that into your schedule. If all you can do is 20 min, then that’s all you can do, but aim for 25-30.
