    Good morning,
    My name is Elisha. I have purchased several of Nicole’s challenges over the years but only completed one. I had all intentions to stay the course this time and have already been de-railed. At this point do you recommend starting over from the beginning or starting from current day?

    I completed 3 workouts from the 1st week. I am extremely out of shape/ conditioning.

    Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Just pick it back up and go. Plan out your week with what is achievable. It’s not about doing it all it’s about doing what you can. So do 3 workouts this week. Just get consistent with what you know you can keep up with. It’s not the frequency that will move the needle, it’s the consistency. Start small. You’ve got this
