    I’m sure this has been asked but I don’t see it. I work at 6am and eating my first meal and then my post workout meal before 10 makes me feel like I’ll be starving the rest of the day can i break up my 1st meal into oatmeal and then later have the eggs? Or just suck it up and eat it all at once
