for the egg whites can you use egg substitute and do you use the equivalent for 4 eggs of sub if it calls for 4 whites?

I use liquid egg whites…on side of carton it gives you how much liquid measurements. Mine says 3 tbls =1 egg white. Look at your container for conversion ratios

I am sorry, I have no idea. I would look on the side of your liquid egg whites label for the grams per serving and multiply it by 4.
