I”m pretty sure the answer is going to be no, but if I don’t ask I’LL KEEP EATING IT! I’ve been putting garlic salt on my tuna and my chicken lately. I just looked at it and the ingredients are salt, garlic, modified corn starch, sugar…. it’s not on the grocery list, but I’m not a fan of many condiments. Am I allowed to continue to sprinkle this on my food so I don’t get bored?

A great alternative to Garlic Salt is Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb. No sodium. They have a wide variety to choose from that makes it really nice for some added flavor. Enjoy your day!!
