    The women’s meal plan 2 and the 2 different options for each meal is made up with food from different categories. How am I suppose to determine that I’m taking in the correct amount of macros from the correct categories? Thank you know advance.


    Just choose one of the meal options and swap out the item you wish to change.

    The meals are full of variety. For example:
    Example 1: fatty protein, complex carb and vegetable
    could have the same macros as:
    Example 2: lean protein, fat, fruit and vegetable
