I’ve been watching Nicole’s meal-prepping videos, but since I don’t compete, I’d love to hear how others approach their meal prep.
In the past, I would cook a protein, carb, and vegetable, then portion everything into containers with separate sections. From looking at some of the meal plans, it seems like continuing that same method might be challenging—so I’m curious what strategies or routines work best for you all.
