Measurements cooked white rice

I think I ate too much of white rice. I neasured out cooked white rice on digital scale selecting grams since it cslls for 175 grams. That liked filled the whole plate. How many cups of cooked white rice equals 175 grams
A little less than 1 cup (7/8 cup)
I’ve been having trouble with the measurements to. I have 150 grams of rice 2/3 c. 100 grams of rice at 1/2 cup and 75 grams of rice at 3/4 cup. Also for the oatmeal 30 grams and 35 grams are 1/3 cup. Could someone please verify if these are correct I feel like I’m eating to much
100g rice= 1/2c
150g= 3/4c
200g= 1cThe grams is the amount weighed. Not the amount of carbs in the food.
