Hello. Im a small 117 lb 48 yr old following plan 2. Tonight my body is bloated and doesnt look like me at all. I’m actually ready to throw in the towel already. I’m assuming it could be from the creatine or more protein powder than I’m used to? Veggies? I want muscle and dont want to quit. Comfort me please.October 16, 2018 at 9:39 pm #203666
I would recommend following meal plan 1 if you are small. It is most likely a big change from what you were doing prior to the challenge. Give it longer than a couple days to decide you are ready to throw in the towel! Just remember that it takes about a week (or two) for your body to adjust and this program is only 35 days!
