I’m trying to stick close to The build Macros to continue building… The 5’4 and under PSR phase 2 and 40day Shred phase 1 are pretty close… being new to this macro way of life, what is the easiest way to add carbs without changing everything else to much on weight training days?
Hi Tracy- I am not sure what you’re asking. Are you sticking to the BUILD Challenge macros, or the PSR or Summer Shred macros? If you are trying to build muscle, stick with the meal plan from the BUILD challenge. Good luck!
