    Just was wondering what exactly we are super setting for Thursday’s glute day? Just the barbell step up with the Bulgarian split squat? Thanks 🤗

    Correct, just those two exercises. Everything else is just straight sets 🙂

    The step ups, splits squat and lateral lunges dont specify if its each leg. Is that total between the two or per side?

    Hey Angele- do all reps on one side, then switch to the other side 😉
