    The recipe states:

    OPTIONAL TOPPING
    • 1½ cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt

I don’t believe that is accurate. Can ypou please share what the optional topping is?

    Thank you

Yes that is correct. So each serving has a total of 3/4cup with the protein powder mixed into it. You layer the mixture with the graham cracker.

I wondered the same thing. The recipe calls for 1.5 cups… but then AGAIN under “optional topping”… it says 1.5 c yogurt. I don’t think they understood you question. I think this is a typo! Because adding another 1.5 c yogurt as a “topping” doesn’t make sense.

I think the optional topping is the cocoa powder sprinkled on top Maybe?

I’m confused too! So half of the tiramisu has protein powder and the other half doesn’t? First layer is Greek yogurt mixed with protein powder then cookie crumbs then a layer of pure Greek yogurt sprinkled with cocoa powder, am I correct?

    Follow these directions:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth.
    • Layer yogurt mixture and graham crumbs into two jars.
    • Drizzle coffee over the crumbs so they soften like classic tiramisu.
    • Repeat layers and chill at least 2–3 hours (overnight is even better).
    • Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

I emailed nicole asking about the optional topping…..seems like the extra greek yogurt wouldn’t be optional. So I am checking if there was supposed to something else listed as an “optional Topping”. Stay tuned.
