The recipe states:
OPTIONAL TOPPING
• 1½ cups plain nonfat Greek yogurtI don’t believe that is accurate. Can ypou please share what the optional topping is?
Thank you

Checking to confirm on Nicole’s end. Thanks

March 28, 2026 at 6:05 pm #610138KCascioParticipantI wondered the same thing. The recipe calls for 1.5 cups… but then AGAIN under “optional topping”… it says 1.5 c yogurt. I don’t think they understood you question. I think this is a typo! Because adding another 1.5 c yogurt as a “topping” doesn’t make sense.

March 29, 2026 at 11:34 am #610243sassa_79ParticipantI’m confused too! So half of the tiramisu has protein powder and the other half doesn’t? First layer is Greek yogurt mixed with protein powder then cookie crumbs then a layer of pure Greek yogurt sprinkled with cocoa powder, am I correct?
March 29, 2026 at 1:36 pm #610271MaureenKeymasterFollow these directions:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth.
• Layer yogurt mixture and graham crumbs into two jars.
• Drizzle coffee over the crumbs so they soften like classic tiramisu.
• Repeat layers and chill at least 2–3 hours (overnight is even better).
• Dust with cocoa powder before serving.I emailed nicole asking about the optional topping…..seems like the extra greek yogurt wouldn’t be optional. So I am checking if there was supposed to something else listed as an “optional Topping”. Stay tuned.
March 30, 2026 at 7:40 am #610529NicoleKeymasterHey everyone! The Optional Topping should be Cocoa Powder not Greek Yogurt. We will adjust this! Sorry for the confusion.
March 31, 2026 at 3:49 pm #610665Nicole McClueParticipantHey guys! I don’t see ricotta cheese listed like in previous challenges. If I can use it, can it replace the Greek yogurt?
April 1, 2026 at 5:43 pm #610779lavariscoParticipantHi! How many total oz of protein/yogurt mix is expected for each jar/serving?
April 2, 2026 at 5:42 am #610806Michele BrockmanParticipantI’m totally new to all this nutrition, what is everyone mixing with their protein powder for meal 5/post workout?
