I made the pumpkin bread mini loafs (makes 4 servings) like Nicole had in one of her videos. Meal 3 post workout states (2) servings. Does that mean I eat (2) of those mini loafs? I would assume so but just verifying

October 15, 2018 at 9:33 am #203072What type of cheese should I buy? Any specific brand or with specific macros?
Thank youOctober 15, 2018 at 2:25 pm #203175What if you don’t have mini loaf pans for the pumpkin bread? If I make it in a regular sized loaf pan, what would be a serving? Can you answer in either grams or ounces please?
If I have to go buy mini loaf pans, I will but I would like to make the bread either tonight or tomorrow
Thanks. SueOctober 15, 2018 at 6:29 pm #203276Hi sue had the same question and yes the recipe is 4 servings and you get 2 servings per post workout . So I used a loaf pan and just cut it in half , as the recipe is for 2 days .

No specific brand. Just get the full fat kind. One slice: 70cal/5f/0c/6p
October 16, 2018 at 3:11 am #203376Hi Sue- If you take the weight the entire loaf and divide it by 4, that will equal one serving size. Allison, you have the right idea, yes 🙂 !
October 16, 2018 at 9:35 am #203488I am baking the pumpkin bread. Is the oven temp. correct on the recipe? Its taking a lot longer then the recipe says to bake.
Thanks
October 16, 2018 at 7:48 pm #203636I baked the bread in a regular loaf pan and it never did set up or cook through. So I started over and used and more shallow “brownie” pan and baked according to instructions and it came out perfect. Hope this helps 🙂
October 17, 2018 at 1:58 pm #203816Sarah,
How did yours come out? Did it cook properly?
SueOctober 17, 2018 at 1:59 pm #203817Hi Angie,
I might try it that way in a brownie pan.
Thanks for the idea!
SueOctober 22, 2018 at 2:33 pm #204835So the one entire loaf is 132 calories? So, the loaf is 4 servings which means the each serving is 33 calories right?
