    I am definitely hamstring dominant. I’ve been working for a few years now to build them up to strengthen and help my low back since I had surgery a couple years ago. I tried to do all the exercises listed and between the squats (I used dumbbells) and the front squats using a barbell my bock is toast. Any advice? Should I just do the leg press instead of the squats? I’m trying to follow the exercises exactly as written.

    I would use leg press for back support, I have a bad back also and I am doing legs in the am and planning using leg press for front squats-(I tried them last week and I am not coordinated enough, could do them with no weight lol) We do the best we can
