switching up order

    Hi, so life got in the way and I started the program last week, then life got in the sway again and I had to take 3 days offFriday,Sat.,Sunday.. Got back at it this week and I started where I left off which was day 6, glutei/Hamstrings, I did on Monday, so Tuesday(yesterday) I started week 2 looking ahead. So yesterday I did day 8 (week 2 day 1) but now today legs/glutes/calves is scheduled. So that would only be 1 day rest between my leg days(and I am super sore). My question is can I switch day 9 with day 10 and then continue forward because day 11 is off day.Or do I take today off and do leg day tomorrow?

    Hi Wendy- You can do whichever would feel best on your body as far as when you need a rest day 😉 Good luck with the rest of the challenge!
