    I can not get any of the videos to open. I just keep clicking on them and I have yet to start the challenge at all because nothing is working at all for me. I’ve pretty much wasted my money.

    I am sure there is an easy fix. Number one: Are you logged in? That is the biggest thing. You can email challenges@nicolewilkins.com where they can also make sure your account is good. Were you able to access the PDF?
