    Any suggestions on how to prepare this meal? What to mix together, how to flavour the tofu?

    HI there,
    I would brown the tofu…add the spinach, raisins, yeast and then mix it with the quinoa. You can use salt pepper and any other calorie free seasoning in there. You might be able to even make it sweeter like an oatmeal…and put cinnamon in there and a stevia…could be good 🙂
