    Thanks I asked this to Nicole last Q&A too, I had it wrong haha. Do all 8 then rest then repeat total 4 times which ends up being 20 mins 🙂

    From my experience, and the team can correct me if I’m wrong, hiit is the exact type of cardio you want to do to preserve muscle. Short and intense.

    Yes you can eat 2 of the same meals the only one you can’t change is #5 🙂

    Thanks Nicole. I can move my hiit workouts to when I have more fuel but to be honest I wake up still feeling full 🙂

    I am doing the training Monday to Friday early am. Works for me…except my legs are so sore from Tuesday and it’s legs again tomorrow haha.

    All my show preps I’ve always trained Monday to ftoday and always worked well

    I used non fat greek yogurt, dried dill, shredded cucumber, lemon juice and salt and pepper and made my own.
