    Hi Tina,
    I live in Harker Heights and my gym is hosting the Npower Fitness Camp in March. It would be great to meet you at the camp.

    Thanks, looks like I read it wrong (looked like a c instead of g). Now I can laugh at myself. Now just to find it locally. Thanks again!

    I thought about it, but I just might try it. I didn’t factor in the blender. Worth a try.

    Hi Sharon;

    I suffer from chronic shoulder pain and have learned to work around the pain. Lately I haven’t had the pain I used to. This is due to a good warm-up. Warming up is the best advise I can give. Nicole has a shoulder warm-up routine https://nicolewilkins.com/quick-tip-how-to-warm-up-your-shoulders/ that work great and I also supplement with at least 5-10 minutes on the eliptical. Work with your doctor and maybe try physical therapy. Give your shoulder time to heal.

    Hi Sharon,
    I used to have the same problem. Everyone knows me at the gym and I really haven’t told them outright that I am in the middle of training, but wearing my headphones, wearing a cap (like Naomi said), and having my “game face” on deters anyone from interrupting. They usually say Hi and move on. Just politely explain that you are in the middle of training and eventually, they will get the hint and leave you to your workout. Good luck!

    I’m starting my week on Sunday, too. I would like to get my workouts in before I leave for San Francisco on Friday. Plus, this helps keep my weight down for my upcoming jiu-jitsu tournament this weekend.
