Appreciate the correction. I have every challenge so I knew it wasn’t the equipment I was using.
bwirgoParticipantFor the at-home workouts do we do 6sets of squats with the 2 warmups so 4 sets of 15, then do another 4sets of squats with the bodyweight squats for the supersets? It looks like dumbbell squats back to back?

bwirgoParticipantThanks for the reply, I’m not still struggling I was just wondering when you work with clients with a hx of back problems if you have them avoid any certain exercise. Can you still build muscle when not going heavy by doing more reps or will that just brak down the muscle.
