Yes- get checked out by dr. I had a lower back injury and was not diligent with recovery and now it’s chronic. Hope yours heals up quickly!!!
One more please! I’m a shift worker so scheduling 5 days is practically impossible for me- I love the program though and would like to see if you have one that might be better for me.
