    Hey Maureen – is it possible it’s different for each challenge? I was told to have Meal 5 as the last meal on rest days. I think you just debunked the theory lol

    I’ve asked before and the answer was yes. Good question on the wide grip pulldown but I only did the warm-up thinking it was getting me ready for the static holds

    If we are choosing option 1 or 2 from each Meal we do need to stick with the WHOLE OPTION not a partial, correct (and of course just use exchange plan if we want something different from within the option we choose)?

    That’s what I use but only the free one and realized the macro part isn’t showing or helping if I need to have a different meal or add something and don’t know what to subtract from her plan 😢
