The macros aren’t coming out correctly for this recipe. I just put everything into myfitnesspal and I used 2 slices bread and increased the protein powder to 3/4 cup and it’s still under what the macros are listed on the recipe. Maybe someone could take a look and see if there is an error somewhere. Thanks!

Thanks! I’ll try that and see if I can get a little more glute recruitment and a little less erector spinae.

I’m just using 1/3 less fat cream cheese, as I cannot find fat free cream cheese anywhere either. The difference per serving is ~15 calories more and 2.5g fat more. This doesn’t make or break my day!

Yes, I believe that did take 8 minutes… it was 4 rounds. The triset above it lists 4 rounds and we only did 3 rounds in the follow along.

I put mine in the fridge! I was afraid with the raspberries they would mold before I ate them all.

I used an 8×8 and it worked great!

I also noticed the video didn’t seem to match the exercise for that one! I googled an “incline barbell front raise” and found lots of videos demonstrating what Maureen is describing.

Not sure about the best brands, but I bet Nicole’s measurement for 100g is for cooked rice and you’re reading the macros for uncooked (dry), which is what most boxes/bags use. She did mention the only thing measured dry is oatmeal, I believe.
