I am looking at my eBook printout for Wednesday’s workout (Day 3) and I see Bench Pistol Squats and also Overhead Dumbbell Squat, but I’m not seeing a video for these. I’m looking at all of the other videos, but I’m not seeing these two exercises. I know what they are, I just want to check it out and see my form. Are these video links posted anywhere? Thank you!! PS…This is my first challenge and I’m having lots of fun!!! 🙂cindywynn1

–Lifestyle choices matter more then age.
–Nutrition is biggest component.
–Focus on Weight Training instead of Cardio.
–Be Consistent.

ParticipantDid you get a reply back? I am in the same boat as you are. 50 years old — lean legs and arms — but fluffier then I’d like in the middle. I lift 5 days a week and cardio 2-3 sessions (10-20 min. each HIIT).
