    On static hold it says 3 sets but there are more than 3 sets of exercises listed… 5/5 4/4 and so on… so do we do it like a drop set all reps?

    If I just want to add more carbs to one of my meals for cheat how many g of carbs can I do… in other words I just may want extra rice/sweet potato or maybe butternut squash? Thx

    Ok I get that… I was just asking if you could tell me how to add one more serving to recipe so I would have enough for 3 days equally… but I get it if that’s too hard to tell me how much of each ingredient is needed for 1 serving increase. Thx

    I know it’s cooked but I don’t know how to plug this in my nutrition app (if my scale only does ounce grams or ml … )I don’t know how to convert the 175 g cooked to cups that would equal… if that makes sense🤔

    There is cooked option but only by cup… I don’t know how to covert a cup to match 175 g?

    Yep it’s scanned…
    serving size is 46g so you’d need roughly 3.8 servings to get to 175 g and that would be 38g* 3.8 which is 144 carbs

    2454 calories
    This is way off
    Still haven’t eaten bc not sure how this is that off😳
