ParticipantThank you Nicole for YOUR TIME. I know that this is VERY time consuming for you and your associates. My first week was AMAZING! I followed everything 100% as prescribed and week 1 yielded some unbelievable results mentally and physically. Great results all the way around! I know we have to do the work, but your expertise in the nutrition part (and wo’s) will help us succeed. I just may reach my goals by my 50th ?? on March 8th. ?

ParticipantI also train early (4:00 am) I’ll split though and do weights then, and then do cardio in the afternoon. My question is prior to doing weights at 4 am should we be eating something? Or just take in the preworkout supplements? Thanks!
