ParticipantHi I have found a recipe for AM with the Nutrition- 2/3 c ripe Avocado, 2tsp white OR cider vinegar, 2tsp lemon juice ,1/4 c water, 3/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp salt, TBSP oil.
Calories 8 servings 20
Total fat 0.7g Sat fat 0.2g sodium 31g carbs 0.3 protein 0.1gWould this be ok if I wanted to make my own?

ParticipantHi! Not to be extra but I do over think, I have measured out 1lb of shredded chicken and will divide that up into 2.6 oz of chicken per serving.

ParticipantIn previous challenges we were allowed to eat the same meal in a day if we really liked it. Is that something we can do in this challenge as well? Ex: if we really enjoy (Meal Plan 2-my meal plan) Option 2 can we eat that for meal 4?

Participantonce the challenge has been, how would someone be able to maintain the meal plan without eating the same foods we used for this challenge?

ParticipantI just want to make sure I am understand the Macros. On the bottom of the meal plan it says to make sure Macros are with 5g below the daily goals total. So I am going to substitute almond butter for peanut butter does the MARCOS of the peanut butter have to be 5g below for each protein,cals, fats, carb? Thank you
