Danielle ShovanParticipantHi! Not to be extra but I do over think, I have measured out 1lb of shredded chicken and will divide that up into 2.6 oz of chicken per serving.
Danielle ShovanParticipantIn previous challenges we were allowed to eat the same meal in a day if we really liked it. Is that something we can do in this challenge as well? Ex: if we really enjoy (Meal Plan 2-my meal plan) Option 2 can we eat that for meal 4?

Danielle ShovanParticipantI just want to make sure I am understand the Macros. On the bottom of the meal plan it says to make sure Macros are with 5g below the daily goals total. So I am going to substitute almond butter for peanut butter does the MARCOS of the peanut butter have to be 5g below for each protein,cals, fats, carb? Thank you
