    I have also followed all the instructions, have it saved on my phone, and it just keeps taking me back to the first page of the challenge booklet. Is there any way around this? It’s so cumbersome.

    Making this now and just realized the same thing. Hope we get a response soon. I’m just going to put it in with chicken broth.

    It’s 4 cups of ingredients. Divided by 6 servings = 2/3 cup per serving, not 1/2.

    On the live, Nicole said as long as you do the workouts in order, you can adjust the schedule.

    It’s weird because one serving would be 36g of protein, so the recipe definitely needs adjusted. 🤔

    This is what came up in My Fitness pal when I added all the ingredients (four marshmallows per a recent admin reply to another post).

    168 calories, 9.4g protein, 29.1g carbs, and 1.5g fat

    That’s interesting. I’m on the same plan, and it only comes out to about 100g of protein for me. I’m using my fitness pal and inputting recipes and double-checking everything from the food labels. I feel like I’m not getting enough. Can someone from the team please clarify?
