    K! Just wanted to make sure ! I’m like over 5’3.75” haha, but just under 5’4” so I’ll go with plan 1. The weights were confusing me since I’m way over 130. I didn’t realize we only go by height 👍🏼

    I was going to ask the same question about the t bar row too actually..she does the video with the narrower grip and wondered if there was a preference ? Wide grip t bar or narrow grip t bar?

    Yeah she does them in the video overhand…I hate overhand so I was trying to get out of it , but I guess that means I just need to work on it more 🙂

    I cooked mine because I feel bad wasting the yolk so I just did the egg whites from the container? I scrambled all together as well.

    Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure it is measured dry. At least that is how I measured it out for tomorrow.

    Oh I wish I would’ve read this….I put all 6oz in and thought it was runny too, and now in the fridge….maybe I’ll put in the freezer too and see if that helps.
