Hi Nicole! Is your protein powder gluten free? Also, do yuo have a dairy free protein powder? I just realized I am allergic to whey! Found out during this challenge!

OMG! I was feeling the same way. I could not do the 10x either for the incline. What I did wa to cut it in half. I did the 9,10,15% incline for 30 seconds @ 9mph for 5x vs. 10x. Can I please tell you that I was holding on to the bar (while running) for dear life! I finished with a good sweat, however later that day and today my mid section extremely sore! I mean REALLY sore! We can do it ladies! Keep pushing, however don’t hurt yourself. This is my first Nicole challenge, so this is all new to me. I agree, I wish there was a beginners workout, but then maybe we wouldn’t push as hard as we are doing.

Mine was good but dry! Is there anything that I can put on it? Ghee or something else. The dryness is killing me!

I downloaded the free MFP app and I cannot find where to track my food and macros. It keeps offereing me the “premium” option for a price.

Hey guys! When you say make sure it fits the daily macros, how do I determine that when I exchange something. For example, if I want broccoli instead of the 1 cup of green beans–how do you know how many macros are in the broccoli? Or any other meat?

Naomi – today I did my HIIT cardio! It was bitter sweet. I did the “late for work” HIIT! I was able to get up to 11mph, however I was not able to complete the last set of 3 – at 12mph. Infact, I actually had to rest a little longer than 30 seconds in between the last 2 11mph runs (50 seconds) and shortened the run to 20 secs vs. 30 secs for the last 2 runs. I ended with a 5 mins cool down at 4.0.

Will this impact my work out significantly. Do you have any recommendations? Should I attempt the 12mph and just do it for as long as I can (I thought I was going to pass out if I continued to 12mph-LOL!). With all that said, I was very proud of the fact that I have NEVER in my life run more than a 8.0 HIIT on the tread mill and yet today I did 9,10,& 11 mph on the mill. Yeah!!! I got to celebrate the small accomplishments.

Hi! I am confused as to when I am eating meal 1. I usually wake up around 5:30-6am. I usually work out from 7:30-8:30am. Am I eating meal 1 for breakfast as a pre workout meal before my morning cardio? Then am I eating meal 2, 3 hours later? Pls clarify.

I will be doing cardio in the am and lifing after work in the pm from 5-6pm, roughly. Once I finish my weight training I will be doing the post work out shake within 30-45mins of completing the work out. My next question is… do I have to wait 3 hours before eating my dinner, which will be the last meal. Or is it okay to eat within 1-2 hours of finishing the post work out shake? I’m asking because, if I wait 3 hours, then I will be eating the last meal (dinner) around 9pm every night. That seems too late. Please advise.

Hi Dominque! My name is Chevelta. I am new to the challenge as well. Not sure if you already exchanged your product yet, but if not, I would suggest you go to Vitamin Shoppe. I called the one in my area earlier today and gave them the requirements for each product I needed for the challenge. They carry various ones that fit Nicoles’ criteria. I’m on my way to pick up now. Take care.
