KeymasterI agree with you- taking diuretics, not drinking water, using sweat suits etc is a great way to hurt yourself.
If you are lean enough and your bodyfat is low enough you will not need to take any drastic measures to compete.Nicole
KeymasterMy motivation is the challenge- it is continually trying to be better than I currently am and improve through struggles and failures. It is also to inspire others through that process. Knowing deep down that you can still give more and that you truly appreciate the journey will keep you going.

KeymasterIf your arms are above your head, your circulation is not as good- try sleeping with your arms down to see if this helps

KeymasterI don’t think numbness is something that you should be experiencing and I don’t believe it is normal. It could be an impingement in your neck effecting the nerve and causing numbness down your arm. I would try going to a chiropractor, getting a new pillow or sleeping in a different position. If it still bothers you I would get it checked out by your doc.

KeymasterI think we will all get a better idea of the criteria after the first pro shows in 2016. It is too soon to tell. For my body to look its best I still have to come in slightly tighter but if they want us to appear softer I will just have to adjust my posing. There were some girls at the end of this season in the pro level that came in very hard and very lean. I have never been that hard or lean even at my best. The basic protocol for figure will still stay the same
