    Looking for guidance regarding fat burners. The one I am considering is non-stimulant and contains Garcinia Cambogia as its main ingredient. Looking for non-stim so as not to compete with my pre-workout, which has caffeine. Will this suffice? It is not a thermo type fat burner. What type of fat burner is recommended? There are so many, some which seem to be mostly appetite suppressants to others that are loaded with caffeine for “extreme” results. Thank you

    Signed up for B&G 2019 but day one I start a one week trial in another state. Will not have access to a kitchen but hotel will likely have eggs and oats at breakfast. Once I get the program info Friday, can you suggest a meal prep company from which to order meals that fit the macros for the first week? Or other suggestions? I’ve already searched the area for a gyn and there’s a Golds Gym within eight miles of my hotel. Thank you

    Thank you Naomi. On off days, do I still aim for the daily macros set for the program or reduce to account for no cardio/weights?

    Clarification. On low carb days with no weight training for 5’4″ and under plan, I do not have the protein shake with almond milk and an apple, which would reduce the daily goal to 1350 cals/85 carb/140 pro/50 fat?
