    They turned out perfect ! They dont have the same texture like real cookies as expected but the are good

    Ok i think I just figured it out lolll 🤦🏼‍♀️
    1 serving would be 2 cookies for women meal plan 1 … so this recipe is good for 5 meals right ? 🤭🤪

    Same for me so what I do is leave them in the freezer and take one out the night before and had it in my yogourt … Delicious when you mix it before eating it !!

    Freeze them than cut them and leave them in the freezer !! The night before take one out and put it in your yogurt portion ! Yummy with the yogurt ! (Excuse my english—- i am french 😛)

    I would start next monday since you are doing it for you and not to win ! Start fresh !! I started yesterday but I have a bad Flu so I need to take the rest of the week off to be better ! I will start again the training portion next monday ! On the other hand I will still be eating clean 😉!! That is my thought !!

    On your weight training days you have one of the otions of meal 5 right after ! On the days you don’t have weight you eat one of the 3 options again of meal 5 but as your last meal ! 😉

    Hi!! If I split my weight training and cardio ( cardio am and weight pm) why not fasted cardio ? Nicole says that she always does ( like I do) her cardio in a fasted mode first thing but here she does not recommend it !!

    Like the other challenge it was right after your weight training so if you did weight than cardio it was after both and if you did only cardio than no post meal ! Correct me if im wrong Noemie ?

    Hello again i need help !!! What would be the macros for a replacement for the Tuna I can t eat tuna or Salmon !, I know ground lean beef is a good choice tonreplace salmon but TUNA i am not sure !!!!Somoene help me 🙂

    Ohh I agree my legs were burning last night! Than this morning I did the 30 min hiit and 15 min steady on the stepmill ?I could not keep up with her numbers ( 12 -10) had to level it down !! That was the most difficult Hiit I have done in a while !

    You can cut them anyway you want and cook them in 1/2 tbsp (like the plan allows you) !!!
