They turned out perfect ! They dont have the same texture like real cookies as expected but the are good

I started yesterday but I have a bad Flu so I need to take the rest of the week off to be better ! I will start again the training portion next monday ! CarolineParticipantHi!! If I split my weight training and cardio ( cardio am and weight pm) why not fasted cardio ? Nicole says that she always does ( like I do) her cardio in a fasted mode first thing but here she does not recommend it !!

CarolineParticipantOhh I agree my legs were burning last night! Than this morning I did the 30 min hiit and 15 min steady on the stepmill ?I could not keep up with her numbers ( 12 -10) had to level it down !! That was the most difficult Hiit I have done in a while !
